I had a nail in my tire this morning and my tire was almost flat. I was able to put enough air in it to make it to Mavis, and they took care of me right away. They checked the tire, confirmed it could be safely patched, fixed it quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Rachel—she was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience stress-free and went above and beyond with her kindness and customer service. If you need tire service, I highly recommend Mavis, and definitely ask for Rachel!

This is the best shop in east Cobb! My mom comes here for service on her Honda pilot. As a single woman, she has to be careful with auto repair shops but this place is SO good. They are so kind, honest and knowledgeable about everything and very fair. Thank you for your kindness!!

While driving through Marietta, my low tire pressure warning light suddenly came on. I pulled into Mavis, and the team quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the tire with a patch in just a few minutes. The service was fast, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Nic does an outstanding job managing this location, and Isaiah and the Sunday crew provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude turned a stressful situation into a great experience. I truly appreciate their help and have gained confidence in this team. They have earned a customer for life.

I recently visited Mavis Tires & Brakes for a tire repair on my 2013 Honda Accord, and I wanted to recognize Isaiah for his outstanding service. Isaiah was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the repair, answered my questions, and made sure the job was completed correctly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. The repair was completed promptly, and my vehicle is back on the road without any issues. I highly recommend Isaiah and the team at Mavis Tires & Brakes to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional automotive service. Thank you, Isaiah, for the excellent experience!

Another great experience at Mavis Tires in Marietta. I can always depend on courtesy when I stop by and a quick resolve with my issue. Kudos to Rachell who found a tiny nail in my tire after a thorough inspection. In no time she repaired it and I am completely satisfied how she took care of me as well as everyone who works at this location.
